2026: A Year of Purposeful Growth
2026 marks an exciting and important chapter at King’s View Acres. Over the past several years, KVA has experienced tremendous growth and success across our programs—and we are incredibly proud of what we’ve built together.
We Have:
Developed a comprehensive, high-quality curriculum that is on the verge of national recognition (fingers crossed!)
Cultivated a strong and reliable herd of exceptional school horses
Made significant improvements to our facility
Built a thriving intern and mentorship program
Established educational partnerships with Dickinson College and Messiah University to further enrich student learning
This growth has been both exciting and clarifying—and it has led us to make thoughtful, necessary changes for the future.
Our Path Forward: Sustainability without sacrificing excellence.
Why Changes Are Needed
The past year has been a time of reflection and restructuring. Since our founding, KVA’s mission has been to keep programs accessible while serving as many students as possible. However, economic changes over the past four to five years require us to rethink how we sustain that mission. Moving forward, quality must take precedence. To maintain the level of instruction, horse care, staffing, and facilities our students deserve, we will reduce overall enrollment, align tuition costs with industry standards, invest further in quality horses, staffing, and facility improvements, and strengthen our summer program to keep riders’ skills honed while maintaining more affordable tuition.
With this foundation in place, we are excited to evolve into a program that is even more aligned, intentional, and supportive of our families.
A More Focused & Aligned Program
King’s View Acres is evolving into a more focused and aligned program designed to better serve families who share our values. Our greatest success happens when parents and instructors partner, expectations are clear, and students are supported in both character and riding development. To strengthen this alignment, we are implementing smaller class sizes, more targeted classical dressage instruction, increased family communication, year-round programming, and a more structured curriculum.
We remain deeply committed to exceptional horsemanship, student growth, fair pricing, and a kind, non-competitive environment, with scholarships available through King’s Gift Fund.
Evolving the KVA Program
These changes allow King’s View Acres to continue doing what we do best—educating thoughtful, capable riders in a program built on respect, partnership, and excellence. We are grateful for our families who walk this journey with us and look forward to a strong, aligned, and successful 2026.
