Are you interested in the horse industry - barn management, teaching, training, or becoming a vet tech or veterinarian?  King's View Acres is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals for a hands-on internship where you can develop valuable skills and explore opportunities in the horse industry. 

Why King’s View Acres Internships/Apprenticeships?

The horse industry is vast and challenging - especially for those wanting to enter the industry for a career. King’s Gift Fund, hosted by King’s View Acres, is working hard to help prepare new instructors, barn managers, and trainers for this difficult journey. We have a network of local barns looking for good, well-trained help and we want to help prepare the next generation to fill those spots. We also want to improve horsemanship and teaching across the industry so that our next generation will meet the needs of both the horses and the students. Students need to know that a college education is not necessary to be highly successful - but mentorship and training under the correct guidance is a must. We will help our apprentices with all the aspects - facility management, herd management and development, curriculum, teaching skills, financial systems, advertisement, etc. There is SO much to learn!!
