Our Facility Reflects the King’s View Difference

At KVA, we strive to improve constantly - a trait of life-long learning. Our facility is an example of our commitment to excellence. We are not interested in being a fancy show barn, but instead we want our facility to show our commitment to education and our student’s success.

 

Practical and Unique Learning Spaces

 

Indoor Arena

  • 70 x 150 riding arena

  • Sand and rubber footing for the horses’ comfort and safety

  • Mirrors to help students learn proper position and so they can visualize their success

  • Bleachers for parents and family members to support their kids

  • Movie screen for special events and learning opportunities

  • Garage door windows for ventilation and comfort

 

5 Stall Stable

  • 4 Open and 1 Quarantine Stall to demonstrate proper horse care

  • Wash stall for health care and grooming of the horses

  • Well Organized and Labeled Tack Room

  • Fully stocked and organized Feed Room

  • Hay loft (with future student lounge)

  • Storage Shed for all necessary veterinary supplies and equipment - all used when teaching horsemanship and stable management

Paddocks and Run-In Sheds

  • Demonstrate alternate ways to keep horses

  • Students get first-hand experience caring for horses that live outside

Educational Room and Parents Lounge

  • Heated and Air-conditioned

  • Internet access with computer and TV for theory discussions

  • Gym equipment for building skills off the horses

  • Storage for personal gear that can’t be carried on the bus

  • Tables for parents to work or homeschool other children while class is going on
