2026 KVA Summer Camps

Summer at King’s View Acres is all about introduction and enrichment. Our summer camps offer a more relaxed and fun-focused format than our school-year sessions, while still delivering meaningful learning experiences.

Students should come prepared each day wearing long pants and boots or shoes with a small heel. Campers must also bring a water bottle, a packed lunch, and a riding helmet.

This camp is perfect for students who may not be focused on competition, but want to deepen their connection with horses by learning how to communicate with and understand them on a more meaningful level.

Throughout the week, campers will explore:

• Rope halter training

• Horse personalities and herd behavior

• Horse bodywork, including massage and chiropractic basics

• Riding and horsemanship skills

We will also spend time making horse treats and preparing special meals for the horses each day, along with finding other thoughtful ways to show them love and appreciation.
